The last 10 times I’ve tried to get cash out of the ATM it doesn’t work. Might as well open and account with Huntington up the street with the mount I’ve spent in their ATM fees. This branch manager has no customer service. She is rude and very ignorant. This really makes me want to transfer my accounts to another bank. Her attitude is horrible and I will be contacting customer service on her.

If I could leave no stars I would. Dana the branch Mgr is the worst. Zero concept of customer service. They could replace her with 800 numbers.
