This entire team at Chase is amazing. They are always willing to help! They anre so polite and even stayed open until 5.20pm for me!!P Ssome of these internet trolls below who are paid to defame people and places should try harder to hide who they are. We all know your true Identity dummies?

I cannot recommend this branch. We were treated very poorly and their staff specifically Laura Prentice cancelled our appt without notice and would not reschedule. I had to adjust my work schedule for this appointment and this was a huge waste of time and money. I feel they do not care about their customers at this location and are generally not very pleasant.

The negative reviews for this branch certainly make sense. I just deposited over $350k for a private client account. Stephen Pirovolos and his manager Laura Prentice lied to my face when they promised me a higher level of customer service and a dedicated phone line. The phone line they gave me has a hold time of 30 minutes and they cancelled an appt last minute to add my wife to my account that I opened after she had already taken off work. If this is how they treat costumers who just deposited 1/3 million I would hate to see how they treat anyone else...

I have banked with chase for a long time. Today, the lady at the counter was very unprofessional. Acted like she didn't care to try and help me. She even rolled her eyes at me. Starting to think I might go to a different branch, or a different bank all together.

The ladies were so rude, and unprofessional. I had everything needed to start a new checking account, but they refused to help because they were just too busy. I can’t believe this bank is open: we went to Fifth Third!!! We were helped immediately.

I went in to cash a check that I got through Chase, and they tried to charge me a $10 fee because I didn't have an account with them, which is theft

I get a check once a year for my mother-in-law for Christmas I have to come here to cash it and pay a $10 freaking fee because I do online banking and I can't really deposit a check. I know a lot of places have this but this is one of the highest this is why I will never have an account with Chase and they say it with a smile. Never like this bank and never will that's why there's not many of them around the area even though they are in many states Banks like to rip you off of fees some not so much but these guys revel in it.Take your business elsewhere.

I go once or twice a month to this locate to get some cash and it is always a pain. There is two drive-thru ATM's and it seems that something is unsully wrong with one or both when I visit. Today I pull up to the one in the wall of the bank and there is a sign on it that you can't use... so I drive around the building to the other one and it is doing a Software Update... Really... you need to do the update at 3:30 PM? Why wouldn't you do it like at 2 am? So then I drive around the bank again and get in line to withdraw money and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait... now my lunch break is about over and I finally just backup and leave without MY MONEY. Thanks again for wasting my time.

I AM RATING THE BRANCH SERVICE, not CHASE BANK OR THE RATING WOULD BE A FLAT ZERO STARS AS IN DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH CHASE.Branch service earns five for Keyla Franks providing good service (albeit with zero personality) to a very unhappy Chase bank customer.
