Walked in to open a joint account. Advised whomever sets them up had an appointment in 40 mins and had to schedule an appointment because it takes 45 mins. Really?? Ridiculous answer to an existing customer trying to give you my additional business. Taking my money elsewhere. Only giving 2 stars because teller was friendly.

Very pleasant place to do your banking. Staff and employees very courteous and pleasant.

The branch is open and staff is very polite and friendly. Not sure why others are complaining about this bank, I have always had a great experience.
