If I could give a negative score I would. I had to cancel a layaway. I guess I was 4 days late and they forfeited it and kept all $265 dollars in payments I made. I think that is so wrong. I don't get my check till the end of the month and just didn't have it this month. This place is gouging the already poor people. Don't go there.

My kid's guitar was stolen. There was a police report filed. This shop took it from the thief & then charged my kid 200 bucks to get it back.
I'm pretty sure there were some laws broken. I'd love to hear from a manager about how you're going to refund his money.
It's not the money. It's the principle. Do the right thing.

Staff was ok, store is pretty nice, selection a bit small. However they rip the teeth right out of your gdamn head if you're trying to get cash. I'm talking 10%-15% of curreng market value. However it's not up to the employee to bargain about the price. They put the items into the PC... and BOOM...it is what it is. No negotiations. Very cold.

If I could give them no stars I would they are high way robbery took 2 items in and only got 70.00 for it and they where both brand new would not recommend to go here stay away it’s better for you to sell on market place you have a better chance

It’s usually the right thing to do when someone calls ahead to tell them how to prep an item for sale. I drove an hour to be told I couldn’t sell my laptop because I went ahead and signed out thinking that’s what I was supposed to do. Would have been nice to be told otherwise when I asked before I drove an hour away. Poor professionalism

So this pawn shop manager lied straight to my face. So I put 3 items in the pawn and I lost 2 tickets the first and the sec but had the third one with a different due date. So my first two was over due. I didn't know ain't pawn shops supposed to text or call u when the due date is closed to being due remember this. So I when up there about the first two ok over due I ask her and the manager ain't y'all supposed to text or call when the due date is closed she said no we don't do that. I said yes all pawn shops do. So I was charged late fee which I talkcy I'm getting charged when y'all supposed to call or text. She looked me in my eyes and said we don't do that so we arguing for 30 mins. Finally she said whats your number ok gave it got a text right in her face I said now I got a text from y'all. Now she changed the fee and said we had the wrong number I said wow. But I asked her the final time do y'all text when the due date is closed she said NO which she was lying everyone knows pawn shops text u. So this pawn shop don't text u when the due date is closed they we let it roll over and if u lose your ticket. But look at this I still have one item in there and look wat I got a damn text saying my bill due tomorrow but she looked me in my eyes and said they don't. the moral of the story the manger have no good customer service at all.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The first time I come in they, offered me 60$ on an item that I bought for over 1200$. The second time I came in I brought my camera that I bought the body brand new. When you buy the body all you get is the usb charger for the single battery. Not only that I bought this camera my self. It’s a Sony A6400, which I had to buy the lens separately. I even through in the lens, and brought my additional Sigma 16mm art lens. Their staff especially the little dirty blonde with the glasses are extremely, ignorant and totally rude and disrespectful. They judged me by how I looked and tried to say the charger I brought wasn’t the charger when it clearly says Sony right on it. I am a bachelors student for Christ sake with three children and I was just trying to make something happen. Three years ago I had hernia surgery and I haven’t been able to work what jobs they offer me around here. I told her it was the correct charger and she shows me a charger with a block that charges the batteries. Those models are old and you used to have to buy batteries and chargers separately if you wanted extra batteries. I just don’t understand how you could have such an angry disrespectful and quite frankly stupid person that has zero idea what she’s talking about behind that counter. She probably never even saw a camera this expensive in her life. I literally am an award nominated artist and producer. I have three kids one of which has autism and my wife’s mother is sick with cancer. No wonder why Ohio is voted the second most rude and corrupt state in America. Everywhere you go people are treating each other like they’re better than one another. I’m literally an A&R for a high Ranking Artist management company. I have never felt this type of insult on my integrity and my intelligence. The body alone with the lens goes 1200 brand new and the extra lens is almost 1,000 it’s self. She didn’t even look up the cost of my sublimation printer when she priced it and my press the first time I went. I think she personally is taking her personal issues out on clients and customers. She’s mad cuz I didn’t want to be ripped off on my own hard earned products. I am a business owner I don’t work for anyone so she takes it out on me because she’s mad at life that’s just not cool. I’m trying to do what I have to do to take care of my family for the holidays and you have judgemental people like her ruining it for three innocent kids. Oh and yes just to emphasize once again I am a BACHELORS STUDENTTTT!

They bought a firearm from me today. They offered a fair price, and the transaction was quick (probably 15 minutes or less). On a side note: If you are looking for a good beginner guitar and don't want to spend a lot of money, they have a pretty good selection of electric and acoustic guitars.

I initially visited the store to help a friend who didn’t have an ID which is required to buy, sell merchandise back and forth. The store was somewhat busy so I just browsed around and looked at all they have to offer and one thing they offer is a lay a way plan which I hadn’t heard of for awhile but I like the concept of it, 10 percent down and they will hold merchandise until you pay it off. They have high end jewelry some nice tools and misc items at fair prices and employees are nice which means a lot, I’ve been going back, see ya!

They lost a customer I refuse for they cashier to be rude and try to play with me they have the audacity to wanna sell faulty items not once not twice or three times I have purchased items get them then have to take it back ppl get the warranty even if they don't offer it! Yesterday 8/30/23 the lady was so rude after the manager had told her I just purchased a item got to my car it didn't work I took it back the cashier acted as if I was rushing her she was nasty to everyone the blonde that authorizes the purchases, but like I said I won't be back and they keep it up the place will be shut down smh the nerves I use to love the store they can have It .that was the last time they tried to get me out of character.
