“I will say that we did NOT end up purchasing our car from VanDevere Kia, but this review is to express the great experience we did have. We came in around 8:15 PM to test drive a Telluride. Google said they were open until 9, but the staff informed us when we walked in that they were closed and that google maps had the hours wrong.
They did ask what brought us in and we told them we wanted to test drive a Telluride. Instead of telling us to come back tomorrow, one salesman told us he insisted that we drive it tonight, even though they were closed. He did not rush us. He was not overbearing. He was not annoyed that he had to stay an extra 30 minutes after closing time.
He was simply a great guy who went above and beyond to give us excellent customer service. If you're ever stopping by, ask for Ellery. He is the best!”
“Picked up our car yesterday afternoon and WOW! What a great job. We had lots and lots of pet hair, so paid the additional for that and it’s all gone! Also paid for engine bay cleaning and it looks beautiful. Will definitely use this place again. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I had to reschedule a couple times and he was gracious about it. Our rusty car hasn’t looked this good in a long time.Services: Full body wash”

“No matter how horrible the weather is, these guys are right out at your vehicle to solve a problem! Extra vehicle care is vital with the increase in costs for replacement. Keeping salt off is a preservative measure to extend the use of your vehicle.”

“Nice set - vending machines were mostly broken / ate my quarters - but the soap n such in the bays both for dog wash and the car were good quality n working. The dog wash needs to be vented/ aired out better, admittedly a hard task - they all smelled a bit mildewish but not horrible just present. My dog HATES baths so it's nice to have a place not at home to do it.”
“Place is awesome. Drive thru garages (2) spray bays 2 and 3 dog wash station set ups. Sweepers before the wash, I want to say 6 if I remember correctly. Pet ramp to enter tub room, oh yeah the pet was station is inside. It's not forget that part so you can even go in the winter to save you a lot some money. However, the whole setup is pretty cramped and I mean that was everything cuz right behind it. There's apartment complexes and it also shows the plaza of the pizza shop, a head shop and a Verizon store. I will say when you go there late at night. It's very peaceful. Very nice. It's cheaper than the other places around and personally I think it does a better job and the soap smells good and that's for your car!”
“This car wash is by far thee best in the Akron area! The key to a great wash is soft clothe when a thorough pre-spray off is completed. I use is wash on a weekly basis and the prewash is always done which removes all of the harmful grime that could scratch your paint. A hand towel dry is always done. The monthly subscription price for unlimited washes is more then worth it ... especially in the winter months to remove all the salt.”

“Just your basic car wash, nothing remarkable. What I didn’t like was they didn’t have a working change machine and your forced to use your debit card, yet at the vacuum you need quarters to operate it , I feel like we were overcharged as well. The equipment worked fine but you can tell that it’s beginning to wear out. I got my car cleaned and washed without a hitch and thank God I had $.50 in quarters for a full 4 mins at the vacuum, I just didn’t feel like I visited a well managed car wash, instead I feel like it’s all about separating me from my money and not about a quality feel good car wash.”
“I recently visited United Auto Wash on Akron Peninsula Rd and was thoroughly impressed with their touch-free system. It's gentle on the car but effective, ensuring a sparkling clean without the worry of scratches or damage associated with traditional car washes. The staff is friendly and the process is quick and efficient. The only downside is their monthly pass, which offers 15 washes per month—a bit limited compared to other places that offer unlimited washes. However, if you don't need to wash your car that frequently, it's a great deal. Overall, a fantastic place to keep your car looking new.”
“Pretty good, everything got expensive and the brush was kinda warped, but it did a decent job. I'm not saying it was specific to this self wash, I know it gets expensive everywhere, but only getting tokens for change and paying a dollar for a vacuum isn't the greatest... But it's close, and at least I can control how much washing my car gets, unlike a drive through wash”

“Unfortunately the automated car wash only washed half of my truck. The sprayers on the driver's side weren't functioning properly. I called 1 week ago and left a message with my contact info and the issue but have yet to hear back. Quite disappointed in not only the wash but a call back seems to have been warranted considering the situation. If I ever hear back from them I will update my review...
Update, they have reached out and said the automated wash has been fixed and will give us a replacement wash.”

“Clean, Safe, free air, self serve wash or automatic. Good vacuums. Only negative is the brushes in the self serve bays are not like any other brushes ive used washing my car. Way too stiff to use on a car, underbody yea, but i dont use them on mine.”

“Wow, first time using them. I was completely impressed with the wash and cleanliness of my vehicle. I used the drive thru. It doesn't have a dryer, and you really don't need it. Best wash ever! Prices are reasonable. The only complaint is getting the change in quarters, so I recommend you have the exact amount ready.”
“As a business owner, a clean car is an important part of the impression you leave on customers when you arrive to their homes. So, I gave QSCW a chance because it was close to a lot of my customer's residences, and lo and behold, my car came out looking shiny and new! The staff is incredibly nice, the quality of service is great for what you pay for. I currently have the monthly plan where I can come as many times as I would like for the ultimate wash for 34.99. It's a great deal and I can come in between customers to make my car look great right before I arrive! This location is a bit of a pain to get out of, so just be careful if you are making a left out of here.I would definitely recommend Quality Scrub if you're looking for a less expensive and great quality car scrub!”

“A few weeks ago I had gone to this carwash to get a wash in one of their automatic bays. I have been going to this wash since I was teen so almost 13 years or so.
I was going into the bay and the wash stopped and glitched. I was a little angry as my car was covered in soap. I pulled into one of the manual bays and proceeded to spray off the soap.
I then contacted the owner via email on their website informing them of the issue. I was extremely happy with his prompt response in wanting to give me a refund for both the automatic and manual bay charges and a free service. He even informed me the automatic bay was fixed immediately.
It took me a while to get back out there and when I had no one was available to issue me a refund...but he offered a free wash in a digital certificate which I gladly took as everything he had done and attempted to make my experience a positive one was more than appericiated.
We will be back! Thank you for your time and effort!”
“Great car wash. The cheapest one is 8 dollars, but giant eagle receipts have a 2 dollar off coupon on the back. Also you get free vacuum with a wash so it's definitely worth it.”
