I don’t drive much anymore, but when I do, and when I need gasoline, I get it from this BP! I also walk to this store occasionally and get snacks, groceries, sandwiches, etc. I really like this BP and its management teams — great local spot for me. The deli sandwiches in the back left-side of store are great — always sealed-up tightly, fresh, and ready-to-go! 100%.

Told the guy someone threw up in the bathroom and he started speaking a different language I said do anyone speak English here he shook his head no, so I left then I came back in 2 minutes later for gas and there he was speaking perfect English explaining to some women how to play the the pick 3 smh

I NEVER write reviews but not a single item except for drinks had a price indicator for it, so I had to go up & have it scanned to know what the price of each thing was. On top of that There was a guy yelling in a different language (only mentioned to distinguish who the employee was) at some person on speaker phone who was also yelling the entire time. I had to repeat one question legitimately three separate times because he was too focused on listening to what the other person was screaming on the other line. They were clearly in a fight but work is not the time or place for that. I felt like i was the rude one for interrupting their conversation it was so intense and that shouldn't be the case. I know it's just a gas station but for fucks sake, have a little respect.

Really sweet cashiers ..always so nice to customers but I do hate their “I’m done “ feature when the customers are done with the credit card transactions..it’s really annoying from the customer’s point of view and wish they removed the feature

If I could give negative stars I would. I got a pack of gummy bears from here and they tasted like floor cleaner. Then I got a slushee from there and it tasted like floor cleaner. Idk if they clean the products or machines with floor cleaner. Maybe they spray floor cleaner to sanitize the products. Who knows. You never use toxic chemicals with food! Keep in mind I’m also 13 weeks pregnant. I called and told the cashier but he didn’t speak English. I asked him to get someone who does and he said no. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Best fuel station in Akron. I locked my keys and phone in my car one very hot day this past summer and the staff was so helpful they let me use their phone so I could get help. I have shopped this service station many times and the staff is always polite and try their best to serve me as quickly as they possibly can. I have drove many driving jobs and I get more miles out of BP gas than any other brand. I drive a VW with a turbo and this fuel does not make my engine sputter unlike other gas stations fuels do. BP is buying the right additives to make their fuel the best around and must be why BP advertises that their fuels are invigorating. Thank you for all your kindness and understanding in these trying times. :}

So I’m visiting from out of town and I go into the gas station and they have the little buckets with the papers in it and I take one out the register Shere decides to tell me as she grabs my hand but I can’t touch that she’s the queen of this place and that’s only for her to touch and then refuses my service.

The staff at 571 Waterloo Rd. is the best! I accidentally locked my keys in my car during this Covid 19 epidemic and the staff was very kind and helpful during my time of distress. One employee was kind enough to let me use their personal cell phone and internet to get help. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
