Bad workers. I have Boost mobile. Was looking for a new phone. I called them Wednesday, January 24 5:18 p.m. to see which phones they had in stock. He said we have them all. So I told him which one I wanted and he said they didn't have that one. I asked him again what phones do you have in stock, he wouldn't tell me, he said if you want to see what we have drive down to the store. I wasn't about to drive 20 minutes to the store just to find out they didn't have something in stock. Talk about bad customer service. This isn't the first time I've run into bad service or attitude. I will never buy anything more there. Nice job, you lost another customer.

Dude over charged me put the wrong name on my account didnt tell me my pin to get into the account i dont understandwhy it took an hour and a half to activate a phone and to top it off they say they're unlimited but the data caps out at 30gb then if you call they just put 5gb more on and make you do some stupid stuff to you phone and say they fixed it like im cool absolutely horrible service to

Went in near closing, the man was able to replace my phone very quickly. It got pretty busy while I was there, he got everything done and was extremely courteous.
