“Overall, it is a good environment when inside and walking around. The only thing that I didn't particularly care for was that when I was calling to check on a book my fianceé had ordered. I gave the employee the number and email address it was under, and neither of them pulled up the book order status. Eventually, she gets to the order by looking up the book. When she tells me the phone number to look it up next time I want to check, it was the exact phone number I had given her. I'm sure it was a small mistake, so overall, I'd say 4.8 stars”

“I have been a customer for 30 years, sure they may not have what you want, and the prices are retail. This is a small family owned store, not Amazon. But unlike Amazon, the store has friendly, knowledgeable staff, you can see and handle your prospective purchases, and they are willing to special order what they don't carry. A beautiful little niche store carrying books, statues, jewelry, rosaries, CDs, etc.”
