I’ve been servicing my cars with BMW of Akron for the past 5 years. Great service team, Joey, Alexandria and Ed. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Jason (shop foreman) and Austin who works on my cars are both accessible providing detail where necessary. The parts team are great, especially Brandon and Kevin who have helped me get European spec parts and accessories. I really trust these guys and would always recommend.
