Beware!!!! If you check yes on the checkout screen that is giving them permission to store your payment information and renew without notice. That even applies if someone’s uses their card that is not the primary or additional member. BJs doesn’t care they just want their membership money. Then when the wrongly charged person who isn’t even a member just did you a favor and paid for your order as a favor gets refunded they wk t let you have an account anymore but it takes 5 trips to the worthless customer service over a couple kk the time to figure out you aren’t getting your membership back unless you renew again with a whole new account. Mind you the account was ALREADY RENEWED and the fees paid AGAIN after the initial refund. Flipping scam artists

They have a much better variety than Costco and smaller sizes which is nice. However, the expire date is always close and sometimes even expired. You really have to check everything you buy.

BJ’s fuel cost seems to be a decent bargain. If you are buying the lower grade gas but higher grade is not such a good deal..
The food and non-perishable items seems to be deceptive as well in comparison to cost at other stores.
The biggest issue I have is the coupons you receive as a member. They tell you what a discount amount will be with the coupon but the only way you can compare if there is any sort of bargain is if you knew the cost of the item from the beginning or at the end of the purchase with the coupon, none of this is available unless you go to the store and do the comparison yourself giving you opportunity to see if there’s a saving or better price opportunity elsewhere. This seems to be deceptive practice to me. .

Always have great deals! The store is always clean and organized. You can't beat the gas prices either. Whether it's from stocking up the gas coupons or having their master credit card!

Hello, just wanted to stop by and give thanks to your employee Shawna. My mother and I called in on Feb. 27th with a bakery question and Shawna answered the phone that night. The store itself was closing soon and she mentioned that the bakery had closed shortly before. She still took time out of her busy night to assist us with our need and that shown proper and efficient customer service. Thank you for having a great personality and being informative!

Been a member for a month and I love it. Not only do they have bulk they have individual stuff for better price and I’m loving the coupons. I really like shopping here. I never had an issue with customer service in the front of the store. I was a member to bjs in another state years ago and always love bjs.

I love to shop at BJ's they have everything I need and it's never too busy. That being said customer service is bad here. 75% of the time that I have to deal with a staff member it's not a positive experience.

They are storing full size filled bottles of propane inside the store. If this isn't the most unsafe thing I've seen that is not only unsafe for the customers but the staff. Please fix ASAP.

It takes forever to get someone to help you. I’ve done countless pick up orders (just out of convenience because I already have the membership and no sense in switching mid membership term)… it takes 10-15 minutes if you go inside to get your order… 30 to potentially never if you do drive up
