Great service. Got my tire rotation here (FYI, free for BJ’s members). Mark did a phenomenal job with cleaning the screws for the nuts and bolts and pumped/pressurised each tire. Braden checked everything and ensured all was great. Definitely recommended for tire rotations and flat tire repairs if needed.

You call. It puts you into menus. It takes you through all the loops, then won’t connect to the tire center. Simply make contacting them possible, and not a 15 minute task.

I've been a member for years , and when this years membership expires I'm done with BJ's. There were no cashiers at the registers last 2 times I was there, but 3 employees hanging out at the service desk ,leaning on the counter , coffee or whatever, just talking. you can give me an employee discount if I have to do my own work. Today I went to get air in my tire, and the poor kid was all alone, and said he was 40 minutes behind finishing the car , and would give me the air hose. The owner of the car he was working on went out for a smoke then came in yelling at the kid for not having his car done yet. I still need air in my tire because I just left . How is this kid supposed to finish a car if he has to do customer service also?!! ZERO STARS!!!

~~ RE: BJ's Wholesale AKRON OH ~~ : Will someone at BJ's corporate HQ put this store out of its misery already???? Have been a member for many years, and I am always thinking it's getting ready to go out of business, but NOW, it truly gives that appearance more than ever, and with the vast amount of employees they recently accumulated there is no longer ANY excuse. Walk in this morning 7/29/22 and girl not only has nose in phone but also TURNED with her BACK to everyone coming in to do it. Going further in, I think, "Wow, they finally hired all kinds of people," since for once there were far FAR more employees than customers, yet not a SINGLE one of them were doing anything throughout the whole store but having a great time just chatting with each other, ignoring customers, and clearly NOT stocking any shelves whatsoever. ATTN: BJ's HQ management: go back & look at store cams this morning for just for a hint of what people deal with day to day Speaking of not stocking shelves, the past 2 months it seems nothing has been stocked at all, unless you count the dairy which looks like someone just took the Land O Lakes Half & half when it came in and crammed it in front of all the older dates & left. The same bottles of lime juice have been on the shelves all year and now they are past their sell by date by almost a month. The bread suppliers have conveniently decided to punch a hole in the bag tags RIGHT where the best buy date should be so you can't see the # (NO i won't buy that). The nitrile gloves are no longer in double boxes but single for $29.99, yet somehow I just came from Sam's and theirs were $14.99, same #, store brands. The Kentucky Legend ham has had the same dates for the past couple of months, so come a few days from now I'm guessing they'll still be there after as well when they expire. Funny Sam's a couple blocks away draws from the same employee pool but manages to have people actually working, whereas at BJ's they don't even give the pretense that they are even pretending to work. I'm a member of Costco as well, and I won't even attempt to make a comparison at the level, and yet BJ's still fails. It didn't use to be like this, how far it has fallen in past 10 years (don't even THINK about blaming this on the "pandemic" as the decline predates that). In the front of the store is where they historically love to gather and rub it in that you're on your own while they socialize. Even the SOLE woman working the register walked away as we walked up (but did come back & apologize for our wait once it was clear we unloaded our cart & weren't going anywhere). WHY is no one from corporate making an unannounced visit? Is this chain just meant to be some loss write-off scheme? Is there no such thing as duty to shareholders anymore, or is none of it even real anyway? Is there even an actual manager at this location anymore?

Like many BJ's warehouses throughout Northeast Ohio, eerily empty. A good thing as far as I'm concerned, as I can come in and out quickly and easily in order to get everyday groceries and household supplies, without the lines, crowds, and waits of, say, Costco. Unlike that other warehouse chain, moreover, the aisles are well-labeled and organized, so you can zero into what you're looking for. They take all credit cards (not just Visa) and they even take manufacturers' coupons, in addition to in-house coupons and specials. In addition to affordably priced house-brand items, they have plenty of name-brand goods. And, best of all, their groceries come in portions that are less impossibly ginormous than at Costco, and at greater variety, if at the expense of slightly higher prices. Not a bad place to save a bit by buying in bulk - but not to the extent of a prepper.

cheap gas ( cheaper than Sam's Club when I use the BJ's credit card), and bulk goods cheap.

Be honest about honoring their Octane Buys. Beginning to feel they are scamming the customers.

I visited my local BJ'S (Conyers, Ga.) and purchased an item. I went back the following week to purchase more and was told by three employees that they didn't have anymore. The cashier, floor manager and Customer Service. The only way would be to order on line. The item was not online and I looked for the item at other BJ'S. I called the Akron, OH store and was blessed to talk to Nicole( Manager) who answered the phone. Nicole put me on hold to try to contact the Conyers store, but just as I tried, she couldn't get anyone to answer the phones. Needless to say, Nicole went above and beyond. She called me back, they had it in stock and she had it delivered to my home. She is the reason I will renew my membership with BJ. Nicole is Professional, courteous, reliable and honest. Customer service at its best! I appreciate her assistance and easy transaction of getting my items. Thank you so very much Nicole! You are the epitome of Customer service.

I am a huge BJ's fan. I come to this location A LOT! Speaking of which, I really should check in more often. But, I digress. BJ's is better than Sam's Club and not near as good as Costco. It is like they mated and had an above average love child. This location is probably one of the least busy that I have been to. Which actually is one of the reasons why I love it. Never a long wait, everything is always neat and tidy and they always have nicely stocked shelves. What more could you ask for? Great deals you say? They have those too! The member coupon books are a nice way to save some extra dough. I love how BJ's has a full service deli. The ladies at the deli are always so nice and helpful! Service with a smile for sure. Their hot rotisserie chickens are not near as good as their competition, but they will suffice. Lastly, I love the gas station! I also love the $.10 discount if you have their MasterCard! Great place to shop and fill er up!
