I can not recommend this Best Buy. The main reason being the sham that has become the Total Tech plan. Please save your money and do not purchase this "protection" plan. For years, this was actually a fairly good service, but times have changed. The last THREE times I've been in with a product that was UNDER "PROTECTION", I've gotten zero help. One time they sent me to the Apple Store (who was actually very helpful), and the other two times I was told "there is nothing we can do." Last night it was for a malfunctioning monitor. It's under their protection plan, but they won't fix or replace it because it "would be too expensive". What is the point of being a Total Tech member?!?!?!Steer clear of Best Buy. Shop local, and if that doesn't work, go with Apple or Amazon. Best Buy just doesn't care about their customers anymore.

Dont buy gift cards here..For my birthday my son bought me some Call of Duty CP and a Microsoft game here on two separate gift cards. Neither of them works. The activation codes were supposed to be sent to his email, he didn't receive either. He has wasted a lot of time on the phone with Best Buy so far with little progress.

I had an amazing experience with a warehouse worker. I was with my partner looking for a specific iPad case, which were out of stock in the store. I asked him if there were any in the back and he took the effort to go through multiple bins in front of me to find the case we were looking for.

Best Buy has some great workers that help you shop around with the best knowledge possible. I had asked someone on their input for a washing machine and dryer I was trying to buy. The person made sure to take into account the budget I was working with, along with the design and look I wanted. Everything worked out perfectly at the end and I purchased both washer and dryer from them at a very reasonable price. It’s a stackable one, so perfect for small spaces.

I had a good shopping experience here, friendly and helpful staff. Changed my attitude about Best Buy after meeting several friendly and helpful staff. In previous years I never had a good experience there (Cuyahoga Falls store) and refused for more than 20 years to use their business. I will only shop Fairlawn store in future

Nearly all of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My experience(s) have left me with the conclusion that there is a customer value 'barrier' to breakthrough. I'm guessing commission is to blame but don't underestimate your potential consumer

Helpful and friendly staff. Clerk wasn't knowledgeable about the difference between an Echo and A Dot. I still must learn myself ,but only as a consumer. And i was looking at the situation like it was the food industry. Lmao

I was in the store on June 14th, 2023 at approximately 5:30pm-7pm for a new phone relating to work. I own a small business and have worked with many different providers for electronic and technical support. The service I received from Gabriel and Ethan was above a 10/10. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and truthful about what I needed in a cellular capacity. I will not shop with anyone except Gabriel and Ethan going forward, regardless of my need or product… because I know I will receive exemplary service and honesty. If 1/2 of the Montrose Best Buy team is like these two incredible employee’s, then this business will be successful for a long time. Best Buy, make sure these types of employees are recognized and compensated for their commitment and excellence.
