Geek squad saved my life. The manager was phenomenal in handling this repair after this is the second time this has happened. I don’t buy expensive electronics online bc having a physical store to take for repairs and also that can come to the house are a lifesaver. I have faith that if something goes wrong Best Buy and this Geek Squad staff are here to always help.
