I accidentally locked my keys in my car here today at 1AM. I didn’t realize the lobby was closed because the door in the back was open so I went inside. It was 29 degrees outside and snowing hard. I live down the street so my dad was on his way with my spare key.Suddenly Trevor appears and tells me I can’t be in there. I understood that I couldn’t be in there to purchase anything, but I told him I locked myself out of my car and would be out of there soon, no more than 10min. I stayed by the door the whole time, I did not walk around, I did not try to purchase anything. I was staying out of the storm until my dad got there.Trevor then tells me he is going to call the cops on me if I don’t wait outside. He talked to me like I was a threat, and didn’t care about my situation at all, no empathy. I work in customer service. I know there are rules. But sometimes, good customer service and making sure someone stays safe during an unfortunate event, should trump standard policy. You don’t make someone stand outside in freezing temperatures and snowing conditions, especially if you are the one who forgot to lock the door.

Gas prices usually go down here before most places. There are always deals on cold drinks. Large selection of energy drinks, pop, teas, and sports drinks.The Bell Stores reward program is worth having. Deals on gas and food all the time.There are semi truck parking and semi fuel pumps.It is in between 2 very close I-76 on & off ramps.The people who work there are super nice and helpful.

They constantly have issues with their pumps, today there was no notice and it decided to decline my card three times and then eat my card. “ We frequently have issues just push it in and pull it out. It should unlock…” Not awesome.

I was treated very rudely at the Bellstore on Hills and Dale's road... I don't kno what makes people think that they can talk to you any kind of way and not get touched when they clock out!!!! Better be careful how you speak to people... You will catch the right one! Lol

Very limited parking, but they accepted my EFS Card for fueling up my truck. Look out for 4-wheelers and pedestrians!

I have yet to have any issues with the store whatsoever. This store is vary convenient for me, the staff is always in a good mood and are ready to help you if needed. I stopped here almost every day either on my way to work or on my way home from work. I'm always treated with respect when I come in and they always serve me quick. I am a regular there so everyone on the staff knows me and I talked to everyone. When I walk in I am always greeted with a smile as well as polite attitude. If they got an deals going on (like buy one get one free or anything like that) they let me know. I honestly feel like a part of the bellstores family every time I go in there. To the staff at this store I just want to say thank you for your hard work. I know that's some people come in there and have an attitude with you just because they're having a bad day them selfs. Most people would be rude back but the employees at this store always treat everyone equally and fairly with a smile
