I was tricked once at this store by an employee saying to buy 3 and get 3 free and I ended up paying 60 dollars (pre pandemic, pre-messed up economy) and i asked where the free ones were and they pointed to the three cheapest ones. Then fast forward to last weekend (the last weekend in august I went in with a relative of mine we’re both black and not one employee helped us but if a white person came in, the employee was all over them helping them. I used to love bath and body works idk so much anymore, they think we’re stupid paying $16 dollars for a shrunken down body lotion/mist.

There have been numerous times when I have placed online orders to pick up in store and they list items on their website as having available and they do not have it. It's very irritating and I complained about it once before and they obviously don't care and didn't fix it. This is unacceptable.
