Jay's Son "The Bruce"Jason Bruce gets an A for always above average! It seems like this guy really cares about his customers. At first his flamboyant nature and hyper over-niceness came off a little sus to me. I wasnt sure if this guy was trying to help me find the correct roofing material or help me find his phone number into my contact list on the sly. However he does actually have a real wife and its not just a cap. So it turns out this dude is legit and i love my timberline hdz roof! thanks dog!

I can say with confidence the service here is on the exceptional side of the supplier spectrum. I would like to specifically highlight Jason Bruce as an outstanding employee. This guy gets it done. He even responded to me when he was on vacation with his wife and insisted he would handle any of my concerns. He must of drove for Pizza Hut in his early years because this guy just continues to deliver.I’ll be honest in saying I was a little skeptical of Jason’s last name. As an avid cinema fan, I recalled a character from the movie “Brave Heart” featuring Mel Gibson who went by the name of Robert the Bruce. He ultimately betrays Mel Gibson in this particular movie film. As i drew the parallel between the names I was sure to count every single bundle of shingles delivered to my job sites. To my satisfaction and pleasant surprise I have yet to be shorted a bundle of shingles or even a tube of caulk for that matter. This speaks mountains for Jason’s integrity and he has done great justice to the Bruce last name after the dishonorable portrayal witnessed in “Braveheart”Pricing has always been the most competitive out there and I do believe Jason does his part in ensuring prices stay low in these turbulent and trying times. He is also a vessel of knowledge brimming with vast quantities of advice and expertise. Do not hesitate to ask Jason a question and worry not that he will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. 5 stars for Jason and banner.

I ordered windows in November they said " no problem getting them to you before Christmas". They came in January 18th. When I picked them up they are missing the header panels. When I asked where they were a lazy salesman at the counter says " you have to pay extra for those". In 25 years of replacing windows I've never had to order those separately and this would be valuable information when ordering.

Jason and his team are Amazing! They are the only place to get your roofing supplies from. There service is outstanding and they are very flexible and prompt with deliveries . I was going to be one bundle short on a job, I called Jason and he had a bundle dropped off to the site within 30 minutes. It doesn't get better than that.
