I believe it was a manager Dave or David that helped me with a new battery. My son was with me ? very fast I'm glad it was just the battery and not the alternator. I do have to change the records though I'm an all-wheel drive not a two-wheel. One thing I will say is AutoZone is getting pretty bad at having everything in stock not sure why?

Whoever manned phones today can’t provide customer service to save their life or try and help save mine. Needed a fuse for my taillight, break light, and turn signals. Tried to call ahead to verify that they had it so I wouldn’t risk driving my motorcycle from work without a taillight which I could have easily gotten read ended from. And dude couldn’t even tell me if they had the fuse I needed when it was clearly in stock in multiple amp sizes. Didn’t even try and make an effort to help me over the phone and offered that I should “bring the fuse in to match the size” when I specifically said I CANNOT bring the fuse in as I ONLY have my bike so I have to drive the motorcycle there. Genius.

There are 2 on Arlington st. One being directly located in the hood on arlington & archwood the other being in coventry twnship on arlington and killian. World of difference. Try them both see can you notice the difference.
