“The experience was great. I bought my MDX in June and had some general questions about how things work. Max was great. He took the time and answered all of my questions and even checked on the possibility of adding fog lights to my MDX.
If there’s one area that could use some improvement it’s the waiting area. The vehicle I had before my MDX was a Lexus. While I was waiting on my vehicle, I couldn’t help comparing the waiting areas of the Lexus dealership and Serra Acura . The Lexus dealership experience is definitely better.”

After finding the perfect car on Car Guru, we called the dealership and were told that the car was being signed on at that very minute. We told them that if there was any change in it's status to let us know. Earl called us as soon as it came back on the market! He was a pleasure to work with! He went over and above, sending us a detailed video of the car and walking us through the whole process. Drew did an excellent job of showing us all of the technical 'bells and whistles.' “We were traveling from Iowa to Philadelphia, stopping overnight in Akron. We had a tire that was wobbling badly and we asked our Airbnb host where we could have it looked at the following (Monday) morning. She recommended Stan’s. I got there first thing and Erica was incredibly busy, people lined up for help and she was shorthanded. She got somebody on my car right away and they were able to get everything figured out. The price was very reasonable and they could not have been more helpful and friendly.
Erica is a total gem and the people there are absolutely OUTSTANDING. I cannot praise them highly enough. These are definitely the kind of trustworthy and caring people you want to go to when you need service. I would give them 10 stars if I could.”

I'm 34 now and have had 4 cars, and they've all been through here. I love the people at Pitt stop; relaxed yet quick, and always super friendly and helpful. I probably talk too much while they're working but it's only because it feels like seeing old friends. Highly recommend, obviously.”

“As we live close by, we've passed this mechanic shop hundreds of times, so when a friend recommended them for some repairs we needed done, we decided to give them a shot.
I called and explained what was going on with my daughter's car. Jason was super friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong.
I scheduled an appointment to have the muffler repaired, rear brakes done and ended up having them replace the headlight bulb that decided to burn out the day before the appointment.
Drop off was a breeze. I was called within two hours with a quote and he explained very thoroughly what issues he found with the car. He advised me of some items that will need attention in the near future, but that they didn't need done immediately. That honesty was appreciated and goes a long way.
The work was done at a very fair price and my car was ready within a few hours.
What I appreciated most about them was their efficiency with getting the work done, at a fair price and that they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a female.
I will absolutely bring my cars to them anytime it's needed, in the future. I don't see myself using another mechanic from now on.”

“My Sprinter broke down last night in Akron and I found Coles on Google. I was a bit put off at 1st because it didn't look like the place I had in mind. I was hoping to see a bunch of foreign cars when we pull up but I only see Box Chevys,Impalas, Accords etc. I was definitely nervous. Then Steve said he wasn't sure if he could get me out today which was not prudent
for me but also said he could fix anything. Long story short, I'm about to be back on the road after a cpl hrs of awesome service. Erica's the real deal also. “Paul Burke is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. Buying a car is a very intimidating process, and he was there from the start with a smile and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly with a honest and straight answer. We have bought two newer cars off of him in the last few months, a Ford truck and a Subaru SUV and he has made both experiences as easy as they could be. After the first experience and transaction we knew we didn’t want to go anywhere else when looking the second time around. Having my first car loan on a such a nice vehicle and owning such a nice vehicle in general was extremely scary to me, but I feel like he did everything he could in the weeks prior to the purchase to help break it all down for me and give us all of the info for all the options available to us. He didn’t rush us into buying something and gave us plenty of time and space to test drive different trucks and suvs while deciding which one was the right fit for our family. We appreciate him so much! So far everything has been smooth sailing and I have not one complaint with Paul. We love our new vehicles. Serra Auto Park is lucky to have him representing them in my opinion. When it came time to make the purchase the financial advisor called around and got me the best interest rate that she could. I will definitely be back in the future to do business with him and Serra when we are in need of an upgrade. ?”
