I am a member of the Auto-Owners Insurance company, and recently needed to contact them as my vehicle had been hit in a parking lot, and the owner of that vehicle failed to identify themselves nor leave any contact information. I was contacted by Robert Astor, a representative of Auto-Owners Insurance. He discussed all the steps I needed to follow as well as who to contact for the repairs and rental vehicles. The repair took approximately two weeks, and when I picked my vehicle back up yesterday, it looked good as new. Robert stayed in contact with me during the entire process, and continued to remind me to contact him should I have any questions or concerns. I wish to thank Robert and Auto- Owners insurance for all their assistance and support in this matter.

Absolute worst! Avoid this company! Will do anything to avoid paying a claim! Have given my elderly mother the run around for nearly a year trying to avoid paying for her roof to be repaired! I have never in my life seen such horrible treatment or service! Zero stars!

Can’t say enough good things about Rob Astor at Auto Owners. Had a car mishap that needed a repair. I have never made a claim before. Heard from Rob same day as claim made and he handled everything immediately. Stress free. So good to know a company stands behind service to the customer. Thanks Rob

One of their clients hit my automobile and two weeks in and still not getting any help with this claim. The police found them liable and they are telling me they are not accepting it currently and looking for video from a parked police car at the scene before the accident. I HAVE NEVER in my LIFE seen had this much trouble out of an insurance company that is clearly liable from me being hit from behind.

Worst claims experience ever. Kept getting the run around even after escalating the matter to both the supervisor and manager. Absolutely ridiculous behavior by this insurance company.

One of there clients hit my parked car a few weeks ago, response time for this company is absolutely terrible. My car still isn't fixedFinally got the estimate done, let's see how long it takes them to issue payment to fix my car, if they don't just fall off the face of the Earth ?

I give Auto Owners insurance 1 star only because there is no option to give less!!Pretty strange, I left a review earlier and now it has disappeared??We had a liability policy with Auto Owners for a cleaning company we operated, and due to COVID-19 our customers went idle, which forced us to idle our service, therefore we canceled the policy since it was not necessary.Auto Owners Insurance turned my wife into a collection agency for failure to pay, now correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t insurance a pre-pay service, so if you cancel and no longer pay, they stop providing insurance.Now my wife is jumping through hoops to attempt to get this fiasco ironed out.I am by no-means done with this company, they will pay for this 100 fold before I am done with the incompetency of this organization.
