Hit a semi truck shredded tire on the freeway and did some damage to bumper fender and some other damage underneath. Nicole B was awesome! Worked in a body shop years ago myself so the process was easier. Complete professional, promised a day it would be done and she delivered flawlessly. If I ever need work done again, I’m going to Quality Body Shop. I’m sure anyone you deal with will be great, but I’m recommending Nicole B.

They are the best. Ran into my garage door on one side and my bumper cracked. They explained everything in detail and worked with my insurance company. It was done on time and it was detailed in and out. Would never take it anywhere else.

Hit a piece of a large semi truck tire on the interstate at 70 mph and damaged my front bumper and fender pretty good. I lived in Akron just about my whole life and had no clue about this place until my insurance suggested it as one close to my home.
From start to finish it was a great experience, which is weird to say because you obviously don't want this stuff to happen to your car in the first place, but they made everything very simple and straightforward. Jasmine at the front was very helpful and friendly. Nicole was excellent as well. My car was there for 4 days and got a new bumper, which they painted (pearl white), and they fixed my fender. The paint job looks amazing and I am really happy that they fixed up my car so well. They also cleaned the interior and exterior as well before I picked it up.
The communication was excellent too. I got regular updates via text about my car. Though I did get an initial check from my insurance company based on their estimate, it ended up being more than the insurance estimated, and they dealt with getting the remaining payment from them, making it even easier.
All in all, I hope to never have to be back here, but if I ever get into another accident, I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle here again.

Very helpful staff, work looks great (one minor issue I fixed) and 1 day late on a 3 week job but they detailed my car and organized all my junk in a box for me so I was thrilled. My car was not clean when I wrecked it so that made the reunion much better.

I called Quality when I had a dilemma with our brand new Tesla. Another shop had broken our window while trying to apply tint. When we looked for a Tesla approved shop, we saw that Quality was nearby and had great reviews. When I called with our issue David had no problem helping me over the phone. I was quoted and parts were ordered without me even bringing the car in. I had called when the other shop still had the car. We are leaving for vacation and I was in a time crunch to get the car fixed. Parts came in quicker than expected and the car was fixed asap. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and we would absolutely bring our car here again and refer to family and friends!

Your website offers online quotes. I followed the directions on 3/2 and submitted my request for a quote. I received a confirmation email. I did not hear back in a week. I called. The person who answered said someone would send me a quote in a week and they could see my request and new the car model. No one contacted me. I called today to try and understand status. I was told there are no online quotes. I asked why the website, confirming email, and previous phone calls said otherwise. The person hung up on me. I will take my business elsewhere to some one who wants it. This was a horrible rude experience. Shame on you. If you can't provide a service you shouldn't offer it on your website.

Awesome body shop. Cannot express enough how happy I am with the service here. Nothing but friendly and professional interactions and the quality of repair is top notch.
I will definitely use them again, if I ever need body work in the future and will also recommend to anyone I know who may be in need of a body shop.
