Just incase anyone was wondering what kind of company At&t is. They are the kind of company that offers to reimburse you $124 for a mix up with your channel package on October3rd and tell you not to pay that part because "it will be deducted by the next bill. November's bill comes and it hasnt been deducted and we get a threat of disconnection. I call November 15th and speak to numerous people including a supervisor who extensively apologizes and says we will this taken care of in 2-3 business days and swears that service will not be shut off. 2 days go by and our service gets shut off. I call in and speak to numerous people whom were not friendly at all but then a supervisor and collections promises to turn our service back on and get the $124 taken off the bill as long as we pay the current bill leaving the 124 on there. So we pay our current bill and several hours later our service was still not on, so we call again and they promise that it will be on in a hour, a few hours go by still nothing so I call again and they say oh I'm so sorry something was entered wrong into the system it will be on in an hour and it was. Then December 3rd the $124 is still not credited to our acct and and they shut off our service again. I call and explain the whole situation again and the man says that he in fact does see on my acct on October 3rd that I was offered a refund for the $124 and that he we get it taken care of asap and he turns our service back on. Tells me not to worry that it will get handled. Fast forward to today.... our service has been shut off again, at&t has dug us into such a hole with our bill and all the reconnection fees and have now proven to me that they have zero intentions of actually keeping their word on giving us the Credit of $124 THAT THEY OFFERED! I have no fight left in me to fight with them its fighting a losing battle. I dont know what to do anymore. I have been promised this credit for numerous at&t representatives and still nothing. We have always been loyal customers and paid the bill on time if not early and this is how we are treated

AT & T has the worst customer service of anyone! The customer service number you call connects you to people who do not know how to listen or help the customer nor do they want to. If you try to elevate the complaint or issue they lie to you about the "manager" at this point I am taking my phones and going to literally any other provider.
