DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
Very long story short.
Bought a car for $4500. Found out 3 weeks later the entire subframe was rusted out and falling apart. I contacted the owner letting him know the car was an unsafe vehicle (which is illegal to sell in Ohio). I was willing to trade it for another car on the lot. He wasn’t willing to do so. I was quickly ghosted by him and had to do business with someone else. I repeatedly asked for my money back, daily, for over a month. I fought with this dealership for OVR A MONTH. I had to get the Ohio Attorney Generals Office involved. I found that this dealership has 4 cases in small claims court for the same thing, just THIS YEAR ALONE. And the dealership has won them all because of the “buying as is” agreement. They agreed to fix the subframe, with no time frame on when they would get the frame, how long it would take to fix, not providing another vehicle to drive, while my boyfriend and I both work full time and have a 6 year old that just started school. One vehicle is not possible. They are sketchy, terrible communication, unreliable cars, and all in all a terrible experience and a lesson learned. Do yourself a favor, avoid this dealership at all cost.

I got my Buick enclave from them they was pretty friendly and after I got the car check engine light came on my transmission needed rebuild they handle that part but I still put lots of money and the car n not to mention all parts for this Buick cxl is expensive well then a month after that my engine went out I’m just upset the car only lasted 3 months and o paid damn near 6000 for the. Bought an audi a4 t2.0 and love it had couple issues which they fixed -! Then like 2 weeks later lost compression on cylinder 3 they would not help so I went to Audi dealer come to find out that wasn’t the correct motor they did old bait and switch stuck Audi top on a totally different motor I cannot recommend or will I ever

ZERO STARS!! Drove a hour and a half for a car! stupidly bought the car and took it home. Had it checked by a mechanic and it would cost more then the car is worth to fix it. Two days later and they will not refund my money. This place is terrible!! STAY AWAY!

I bought my car from here a couple months ago clean decent looking car on the outside at least. They will be friendly until you buy the car don’t expect anything from them afterwards. The check engine light came on the same night I got home from the dealership. They have their mechanic clear any lights before they sell cars to make it seem like it’s a clean car don’t be fooled, I told them the same night they said they would buy the part to fix the car which was a complete lie. They never sent me a confirmation or a tracking number for the part which I asked for several times, they said it was coming from Canada. I waited a month and a half for nothing, I had to spend way more then I wanted to get it fixed, don’t buy cars from here unless you wanna have to do engine work to it.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 if there was a zero. Yes they are friendly and yes they do deal but once it's off the lot and u have to rebuild motor like I did and they say not there problem I say shady m fers!!!!! I suggest go to a real certified dealership because my 3000 good deal cost me 4700.00 dollars more I'm screwed!!!!! Stay away from shady l**** place!!!!!

Bought a vehicle in March it went out in July. Motor blew that fast!! These people don't make sure car is safe and running before selling nor have a mechanic to work on vehicles. It's a SCAM!!! THEY JUST LOOKING FOR A EASY FLIP THATS IT!!!

Band aide cars I call them . I didn't even consider any purchase from them. They showed me couple of cars . Junkers with a high price tag on them. Don't be quick to buy anything out there.

they are crooks, don't live up to their agreements, sold my daughter a car and the drivers window would'nt go down, air didn't work and seat belt in back broken, took them over a month to fix and the air still doesn't work, they won't answer any texts from me so i can get it fixed, i have it written on the contract that they will fix this.....do not buy from them, you'll be sorry, said they were giving here good used tires, when they put them on they wouldn't balance them and then found out she now has to come up with 500.00 for wheel bearing, plus the tires leak air and she has to get that fixed too, paid almost 3000 for this, way to take advantage of a single mom....CROOKS AND LIARS....

They go to auctions and purchase cheap cars, bring them back and flip them for double. I Bought my first car here 4 years ago and it still haunts me to this day how they could sell an unsafe, unreliable car
