Dr McFadden is great, really seemed to care about my dog. My issue is the front desk people, they act as though they don’t want to be there, every question I ask is met with reluctance and attitude. They are not welcoming and are extremely rude over the phone. They are the main reason I will not be returning.

Dr. Scott handled my cat very gently, they comforted him and explained everything in great detail. (he's doing great btw) The best vet I've been to.

Dr McFadden is a decent vet but the front staff couldn't be less sympathetic if they tried. Carol promised a return call concerning a timely medical issue with no call back. When I called back, the front receptionist could not be bothered less. Would recommend choosing a friendlier setting for your veterinarian needs.

I'm new to Cuyahoga Falls & took these two boys for their physicals for the 1st time at Akron-Peninsula. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, & answered all of my questions. I highly recommend.

Years ago when Dr. Mann was around this was a great veterinary office. Since his retirement we have experienced a slow decline in their quality of services. Dr. Scott is a very kind and companionate person. I cannot say the same about the office staff. The office staff has been horrible the past 2 years. They have been very rude and unprofessional towards us. We have also learned that just because a doctor is companionate and nice does not necessarily mean he is thorough and excellent at what he does. We have now experienced on 2 different dog cases where symptoms have presented themselves early on and those symptoms were not evaluated thoroughly. Because of this we have made the decision to look elsewhere for or dogs veterinary needs.

Great doctors but the office staff need additional training. Took my dog in very ill and I was having trouble with my credit card which I explained before it was ran. The doctor had already given me his medications. The woman taking care of my invoice came back and said I need those medications back, not do you have another card or method of payment, which I did. it was very hurtful, unprofessional and sad. So if you don't have money to pay your entire bill don't expect your pet to be helped.

I've used them for 20 years and have never been disappointed. I drive about a half an hour to get there because I know the quality of the service that I will receive. If there were 6 Stars I would give it to them.

Dr. Scott is the best vet around. Growing up, he was always our family vet, and now, I trust him with my own cats. He truly cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Truly recommend him to anyone.
