I had 4 pitbulls, I took my first one here they were so good with him. My fur baby loves them, he couldn't wait to go for another visit. Best place to take your fur babies to.

They made my Wally feel safe, educated me on some things, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Furthermore, it was fast and easy with friendly staff.

If I could give them a zero I would. They killed my pup. He was sent there to be operated on and they wouldn’t even see him until we waited 8 hours. They took a deer in before my Mastiff. They had him stay overnight and they pushed fluids so he could pass the obstruction through. They pushed it in farther.. we took him to Big Creek and he passed. The vet said had he been operated on right away like he was supposed to be, he could’ve had a fighting chance.

I am sorry but i have to be honest and warn the other owners. I had a terrible time here from the time I walked in to recent. Let me tell u about my experiance as a new client here so i sent my records a month early of date of my appointment and when I got there my dogs records were m.i.a. That should have been double checked the day b4 for any new client. I literally had to teach the vet about preventatives smh. I resent the records, no problem. Keep in mind Im still waiting on the word that they recieved the email then to top it off I still didnt get an email n this is 2 days later. This wouldnt happen if i was manager. I will not be taking my dog back here ever again. i have 15 yrs experiance in the animal field from ny to fl to oh and this is the worst so far. sorry again had to b honest. I am not impresed at all. idk how this place earned the 4.7 stars but if i could i would rate your perfessionalism and over all rating a 0. At least u have ur reception crew that are probably what is keeping ur business a float. The doc was a female. smh This is the animal hospital that is divided into two animal hospitals but I am speaking of the left hand side I have not been to the right hand side. I wish I had the on recording, your jaws would have droppped. Do not trust this place wit your dog or money honey.

Came for a cherry eye surgery they charged me 700$ and my dog did not receive it I called to file a complaint and kathy got very smart and disrespectful I asked For manager or supervisor and she got very smart and disrespectful so I couldn’t file a complaint they charged for for surgery and did not perform my surgery for my dog they massages the third eye glance into place and charged me 700$ for it which I was thinking I was getting surgery Highly don’t recommend

My dog required immediate treatmemt. They could not schedule an appointment for more than a week and referred me to Metro Veterinary Hospital. I had a bad experience at Metro and called Akron Animal Clinic to relate my experience. The receptionist made excuses for Metro and was rude. Based on her attitude, I angrily told her I would not be returning to her Clinic nor Metro.

Always nice and helpful. Both my dogs love the staff. The place is clean and prices are fair. Much better then their last vet and would recommend to anyone.

First off I want to start this review by saying never bring your pets here never never never this will be the worst mistake you ever make in your life I promise. I tried giving them a second chance I proven me wrong maybe I thought I might have been a little bit Hasty the first time so I gave them a second chance. Again the worst animal hospital or clinic I have ever been to in my entire life they are not responsible over their financial problems and absolutely NOT knowledgeable about the preventatives which scares me because what else do they not know about you know what I mean. If I can give these guys a zero-star I will give it to them a million times not to be rude but I am looking out for other animal owners please read this message. They will talk the talk but they do not walk the walk at all meaning they might sound professional on the phone but if you know about dogs and Animal Health you will clearly know that they don't know what day should know working in an animal occupation. I am verryyyy disappointed all the good stars have to be from their past staffs.??????????? GET IT TOGETHER!! For all the other owners sake smh

My cat was having seizures like symptoms and they didn't seem to listen to me, now my cat is getting worse and I need to find a better place hopefully soon

If you are going to close for the day due to staffing issues...call the people that made appointments and cancel. My sick, stressed out cat hated the half hour wait for no one to be there! Thanks for the little sign on the door since I couldn’t even park close enough to see a sign!
