No starsVery RUDE! COVENTRY/MANCHESTER RD.Sold me wrong part, got home and it was not the correct item even though THEY LOOKED PART UP! Went to return and they would not take return! General Manager(TIM) told me to shimmy the part!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. WILL NEVER GO TO ANY ADVANCE AUTO. Refused to put new wiper blades on my car. Old white haired man told me to leave. It was about to storm and I thought I was going to die with my horrible wipers. Do not go here.

After waiting for 10 mins. 1 worker picked up the phone instead of helping the person in his face. Then the 2nd worker asked what I needed I told him he told me to wait for the other 3 people in line? Why I'm at the front of the line being skipped by a telephone call already? Am I wrong?
