Ok Acme... you put your BAKERY italian bread on sale for 1.99 this week.... That is NOT your Italian bread!!!! Where did you get it at???? It looks like it wasn't even baked long enough.... It looks like schwables oops bread they sell at Marc's..... shiesty move acme!!!!

I was in the store yesterday and I was disgusted at how they only had self checkout available for customers. Never mind the customers that are disabled, elderly, or needed assistance with checkout. They had to stand in the 30 person line (literally wrapped around the aisle) and wait. Customer service refused to checkout customers and no one was called to the registers to ring. There are other grocery stories in the area that value customers and offer better service- Giant Eagle, Whole Foods, and Mustard Seed. Shame on you Acme. For as high as the prices are, you should be able to hire more teenagers since that seems to be most of the staff there during my visit.

Recently purchased a roasterie chicken. Whoever is cooking these chickens needs to turn down the heat and time. Nasty, burnt and inedible. Not first time this has happened.

Mostly satisfied with this store..but I wish they would increase their ordering on all beef OSCAR MEYER bologna,Tyson bone in hot wings and birds eye GARLIC chicken..very picky about these kinds only...also..they don't carry SMUCKERS BLACK RASBERRY JELLY..they have blackberry,and red rasberry..both very different from it...and it's the ONLY JELLY I like!

I was in the store today picking a few things in the baby isle. I picked up a jar of baby food and a piece of glass on the lid of the jar cut my finger. I went to customer service and was given a paper towel. The manager was called who gave me a bandaid and took the jar off the shelf. He offered peroxide then said it wasn't in the first aid kit. I hope this was just a random piece of glass but I want to post to let others know. The jar was pushed back from the front on a lower shelf. Precaution for any store.

They switched my medication brand without even telling me. Had me pay for it to come home and find out it was different. Not the first time. Now I’m having a horrible reaction to the medication I was forced to take since I had no other option. Switching to a pharmacy who doesn’t switch brands without notifying patients/patrons

i can never find what i need. this is hands down the most poorly organized, and stocked Acme - let alone grocery store in the area. their stock is never consistent, half their produce and meat are bad before you walk out of the store with it and the layout of the store is impossible to navigate. I cannot understand how you can remodel a store and make it more confusing and archaic than it was in 2002.also, half the staff are underpaid teens which is probably why the store is a mess.

twice I have bought milk within the sell by date that was expired. I have worked in food service so I know they are either mislabeling it or not keeping it at the correct temperature. I will never shop here again. I will encourage others to do the same to avoid getting food poisoning. And the milk was acme brand too.

The meat at this Acme is horrible either it’s brown in the inside, or is bad. The shelves are never at stocked. I live close by however I rather go to Medina or Barberton to shop.

We ordered the Acme Thanksgiving Meal for the first time ever and we will NEVER get it from Acme again! We paid 100.00 for what was supposed to feed 10 people. This amount of food MIGHT feed 10 toddlers! The mashed potatoes came in a factory sealed plastic pillow type container. Looks like it is some sort of leftover 1940s war time soup kitchen potatoes. They were NOT EDIBLE! We had to run out and buy potatoes to mash ourselves! The green bean casserole looked like it was REGURGITATED!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! ACME should reimburse every person who bought this garbage! So instead of me having an easier day I've had to work the night before Thanksgiving on my feet working in the kitchen til after 11PM !! THANKS FOR NOTHING ACME!!

Whatever you do, don't ever go for the pick-up or delivery option they offer. They mess up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Not to mention, the pick up experience is awful. They make you wait for 30 or 40 minutes. Walmart pick up is a matter of 5-10 means TOPS.So useless.

After moving back to NE Ohio from the coast, I had some difficulty adjusting back to local grocery stores' produce, cleanliness, and worker helpfulness. I would ask for tahini and they'd look at me like a crazy person. Combine that with worker and supply shortages, and it's a pretty sad situation. You can alleviate some of that at high-end health food grocers (you know the ones), but who can afford that regularly? Acme is my new jam. Fresh produce, helpful workers, clearly marked shelves, clean and bright. There were still some empty shelves, but I found everything I needed, including some rarer international and natural items. I did find it a little weird they only had one brand of chicken, but I'll live with that to get the rest.
