I took my 1992 chevy conversion van here because i developed a wicked rattle in my front passenger side front. I suspected upper ball joint as it wiggled to and fro when you grabbed the top of the wheel when jacked up. He replaced the lower ball joints because they were going bad and said the rattling and wiggling was not the ball joint but the upper control arm bushing. He said it wouldnt be a major issue and wouldnt cause an accident. Which is awesome because i just got done with getting cancer removed from my face but also have a NIH level super rare hereditary cancerous disease, crohns, stage 3 osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, heart problems, breathing issues etc. etc. (I literally have 50+ diagnoses and almost 30 doctors) I also have two children and my youngest daughter is very sick off and on with my hereditary cancerous condition she got from me so we have many many doctors appointments i have to get us to and really need a safe vehicle. He also helped with the brakes too. They still grab and drag a little on hot days but i think i can bleed them out a bit more and fix it myself. A ball joint fail can cause an accident and could've possibly killed me and my family. (I went through automechanic courses) Im trying so hard to get better, so i can get back on my feet so i can be a useful human again. Its really hard when your born with a rare cancerous disease that gave you crohns and osteo etc etc etc etc etc. Not to mention my elementary best friend and wife has narcolepsy so she cant drive and has trouble finding work too. We are so beyond financially destitute and cant afford to get this van fixed if anything else is wrong with it so hopefully that rattle doesn't end up causing an accident one day. (He said it wouldn't). Anyways thank you for doing what needed to be done so my family can be safe! When you've almost died a few times at 38 years old and fighting hard for remission its important to be able to get to doctors appointments safely! Also my daughter was really sad we weren't able to drive around as much and go to parks. Its the least i can do for my sick baby. She's soooooo depressed all the time.

I've been coming to this auto shop for a few months now and I'm amazed by the great work and great communication. I have an older foreign car and parts can be hard to come by. They work quickly securing parts and having work done. This place is dependable, does great work, and is straight forward and honest. Highly recommended!
