The only setting that worked was the wax. No soap at all… or water! Kept turning the knob until I hit one that actually worked which was the wax, so I used that one since I had already put my money in. No one around to ask for assistance. The coin machine was broken also!

Don’t use a credit card! I put mine in a it just kept accumulating time and charges and it couldn’t be turned off. Then there is no connected number to call for help, so you’re stuck. I had to call the bank to stop the payment at $10. The time was still accumulating when I left so hopefully that is all there is. Serves me right to try and use card here, but cmon.Service: Auto detailing

Keep driving to the next pressure wash. Change machines were out-of-service. Tried the credit card method and it charged me $10 without turning on the pressure hose. I just stared at the clock counting down with a useless pressure wand in my hand. No attendant, no business name on the sign at the road, & NO PHONE NUMBER IF PROBLEMS. I had to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge. What a waste of time.

Just your basic car wash, nothing remarkable. What I didn’t like was they didn’t have a working change machine and your forced to use your debit card, yet at the vacuum you need quarters to operate it , I feel like we were overcharged as well. The equipment worked fine but you can tell that it’s beginning to wear out. I got my car cleaned and washed without a hitch and thank God I had $.50 in quarters for a full 4 mins at the vacuum, I just didn’t feel like I visited a well managed car wash, instead I feel like it’s all about separating me from my money and not about a quality feel good car wash.

My boyfriend went to wash out his truck on the side of the building that is meant for big trucks and the hose was ripped or broke and he got soaked. Having already put his money in the machine he attempted and failed to get the thing going. He was charged 10.00 twice. I see the post that said if u don't shut off that the max charge of 10.00 will be applied but it would not shut off. I hope the management sees this because we work to hard to let 20 bucks go
