“I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave
me....PRICELESS!!! So in return I am not only giving them a Well Deserved Shout Out, but also asking God to bless & protect Ryan, his lovely family, his employees and his life & business in every way!!!

“Unfortunately Tom Gill Chevy was my 3rd stop looking for a truck but will be my first from now on. When we pulled in to the lot, no salesman came out which is exactly what we liked. Didn't feel like buzzards coming for a meal. We was given time to look around. Marlon walked out and introduced himself and asked if we had seen anything we liked or wanted to look at. When I explained what I was looking for, Marlon pointed me in the right direction. Short time later and a few more songs for my 3 yr old on YouTube and I was driving home in my truck. “I just dropped by Cronin Ford Service to have my tires checked because my tire light was on. It turned out that it was a sensor and not the air in the tires. The service woman was very kind, and patient checking out the car. I went without an appointment, and she took the time to explained all of what was happening.

“Great experience and within walking distance of my home which I really love so I did not have to tow. Very informative about my future with my present car and good advice about shopping for another one in the future. It was nice to know they will check out a used car from a dealership for about 150.00 b4 purchase. Wesley and Frank were very patient. I was not waiting in back of way too many people like Tire Discounters and they have a very clean inviting no pomp and circumstance check in space. Yesterday (7/15/24) the Trac Off light went off on my 2015 Toyota Highlander while driving. There I was near Cincinnati Ohio all the way from Middle Georgia. I googled locate Toyota Service Center and Kerry’s came up. I drover over to Florence and needed to leave it over night.
My service specialist Ben drove me right over to the rental office . He contacted me the next morning at 10:30 with news that my car was ready!! Ever better news it wasn’t major and it didn’t break the bank!!
