Clothing selection fine with a few sales. Food pricier than Walmart. Discovered my point redemption frozen, with no warning nor explanation. 40 minutes on phone to learn 2 weeks to resolve issue. Staff adbised several similar upsets recently and were very kind but powerless to remedy locally.

Will, The customer service representative was very helpful with helping me find my cats wet food. Very nice young man, I will come here instead of Walmart from now on!

Great shopping however I wish there were more places to sit and rest with the high heat.

Really poor service with few of the tills open and on multiple occasions. Product placement signs are incorrect and they don't seem to care.
