Amazing service! Friendly and accommodating staff. The Mechanic knew who I was before I even said Hello! That's a testament for the communication skills from the Manager, she is an absolute pro at her job. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am Wade's wife I went to your competitor and they were about 15 minutes replacing the valve stem. It Is a shame you could not have taken 15 minutes of your time to assist someone in need. Very poor service and attitude.

I was on my way from yarmouth to halifax hospital when we had a low pressure alert .the left rear tire had 20lbs. I googled miller tires address in windsor On arrival i went in and told the lady i had a tire going flat and was on my way to halifax. She asked if i could leave the vehicle and she maybe be able to look at it today. So i asked her how i was going to get to halifax she told me that she was booked for the day and some of her people was out to lunch. It was 12.45 so someone would have been there by 1oclock i assume. She was not interested in helping at all. At that time i left and i was not polite on leaving. Where is customer service if one of my employees refused to help someone in need they would be dismissed like she should. Bad attitude. Poor company

I'm not impressed at all! I called last Wednesday to get a quote on tires. He gave me the price which I was pleased with as I had been calling around. It was an hour drive away for me but the price was worth it. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm today. I get there, tell them I'm there for a tire replacement install appointment. I'm told my name is not in the system and no scheduled appointment. I then asked if they had the tires. No tires ordered. I told the lady at the counter, who happens to be the manager, that I spoke to a guy when I had called last week. She just said she was off last week. She said there was nothing that she can do. That's just poor business practice. 2 hours round trip driving and 1/3 tank of gas for nothing. I will never go back.

Still waiting for the "service" others have described. I called every day for two weeks to try to reschedule my appointment and no one ever answered the phone. So I showed up on time for my appointment to find a handwritten sign on the door saying "we're closed due to yesterday's power outage, will call you to reschedule". Yet I could see they had vehicles in all the bays and full staff on site doing the work. I had driven 35 minutes on a special trip and taken time off to come to the appointment on time (although it was inconvenient). I have never been called to reschedule.
