Sushify Bridgewater is hands down the best Sushi I have ever had. I used to have to drive to Halifax or other areas for quality sushi, and no more! The quality of the food served here is well above other establishments I have frequented. The price is very fair for the quality of food. The staff take care in preparing the food to their highest standards. My favourite rolls are the Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese, and Dynamite Rolls (pictures provided, however I couldn't wait on the salmon roles and had already eaten most of it prior to the photo).In addition to the quality food the staff and service are always above and beyond your basic expectations. Everyone there is so friendly, and this establishment truly has a community atmosphere, caring for each and everyone that comes to their restaurant. Staff make it a point to remember you name, and have a conversation while making the sushi.If you aren't going to Sushify, you certainly are missing out on AMAZING food, and an AMAZING community (staff and other patrons).
Vegetarian options: Great selection of veggie roles with classics like Yam and Avocado, and non-traditional ones, like the Big Dill Roll. Also have Sushiritto in a veggie option, and veggie sampler boxes.
Parking: Great parking options, both paved and gravel parking options.

I went there after being evacuated from the wildfires. Not only was the food fantastic!, they gave us extra to help us out and since my phone died because I had no charger, they gave me one to let me stay in touch with the rest of the world. 5 stars? no I give them a hundred times that! we will go back 1000%

Food was delightful. Its a great place to sit outside on a sunny day and eat on the patio. (Although I decided to eat mine at home as I dont live far away). The only reason not 5 stars its a bit on the expensive side. I had 2 things off the menu it was $35.00. But it is made up fresh for you and the staff are pleasant. Taste and presentation 4 stars. This is the most depressing $26.00 I've ever spent on a meal. This "restaurant" is straight up robbing people of their money. It's so unbelievably unethical how much they are charging for meals that I want to leave this up as a warning to never come here.

Finally stopped in and had a great lunch.Veggie role was fresh. The shrimp was tender the spring rolls were hot and delicious and the dumplings were superb. Will be back for more. Sat on the patio under the umbrellas quite a cozy spot. If you're thinking of stopping in go for it. Friendly staff will spoil ya.

The sushi was good but not worth the price and what you get. I couldn’t believe how low amount of food came for $78-especially when some of it was dumplings and tempura. I’ve had double the amount for what I paid in many places. I also got a call that they didn’t have what I ordered an hour before pick up so we substituted it for something else and it didn’t end of being exactly what they said it would be. Kind of disappointing. Cute place and friendly service but sorry, felt a bit like a rip off.

You will not be disappointed. I was hesitant at first, being a bit of a sushi 'snob' or better yet LOVER... Yet I followed my intuition and saw the steady flow of happy people there everytime I passed by.Not only is the food delicious— the quality of the ingredients is top tier. I feel at home there, and also taken to another world with eating my favourite food. The owner works hard with all her heart.Thank you, Sushify. Lauri and her team are beyond AMAZING! The food is so fresh, and delicious, and a great value. And no need to drive over an hour for top notch sushi, tempura, wontons, dumplings, it’s endless and all soooooo yummy! If you haven’t tried Sushify yet, you really should because you’re missing out on amazing food.Not to mention the hospitality you receive. Laurie treats everyone like family! Other businesses should take note from Sushify and Laurie’s leadership and team! LOVE IT!!!
