Was exactly what a buying experience should be!! Salesmen Jimmy was professional and delivered exactly what he said he would. There were no hidden fees and nothing added after the fact that was mandatory. I paid cash and was not penalized for doing so. Allen the F&I guy explained everything perfectly. This was an old school way of doing business... I recommend Highland Nissan as strongly as I do not recommend the Nissan dealer in Antigonish NS,

Wanted to share my experience a while ago but got delayed for so long! I have great experience with Highland Nissan!
Bought my kicks last November, has been performing great! I made up my mind to buy the vehicle just upon a few calls cuz I lived in Sackville and didn’t have a car to go there, also in the middle of pregnancy. The communication was clear and effective; the staff was patient, most importantly, there was not a sense of force sale; the price was also transparent! I had called all the Nissan’s dealers in NS and experienced all kinds of communication, Highland Nissan definitely is the most professional and trustworthy one! Additionally, I could go to Halifax or Dartmouth for oil change, but I’d rather drive for up to two hours to Highland Nissan for this. That is how great it is!
I have highly recommended it to my friends several times already. Now, I just want more ppl , especially immigrants, women with no accompanies, and anyone who doesn’t know cars very well to know that Highland Nissan is a great place to purchase your vehicle!

Fantastic buying experience. I am typically very nervous when it comes to looking at new vehicles, I've had a lot of experiences in the past elsewhere that felt "pushy", and always felt like I was being pressured.
I decided to give Highland Nissan a try. They had an excellent online application that was super easy to fill out. I spoke with Jimmy the next day and we went over all the options. Not once did I feel like I was being upsold or being sold to, it was a fantastic consultative experience.
The whole experience was the most painless car purchase I've ever made, I was in and out with my new vehicle in an hour.
I feel like a valued member of the Nissan family now and am super glad that we gave them a try. If you are in the market for a new vehicle give Jimmy and team a call, I can promise you'll be treated with respect and integrity.

I have been looking to trade my 2018 Murano in for the last year and a half. I know I dealt with at least 10 to 15 dealerships and never purchased because the trade in they were giving me was terrible and not close to what I wanted. One call to Jimmy and I got exactly what I wanted for a trade in value and was in my new 2023 Qhasqai within a week. Jimmy's the man.

Just bought a used car from Jimmy. You need to know that I am 62 yrs old, and this was the 29th car I have bought so far in my life, so I have some experience buying cars! This was, by far, the absolute best experience of my life. Jimmy (and the whole team, actually) was amazing. Easy to work with, no hidden fees - they treated us like family. As far as I'm concerned, no one in Nova Scotia, NB or PEI needs to look anywhere else. If you want a great car at a fair price, with up front honest communication and unbelievable service, this is the place! 100% 5 out of 5 star review!

I would leave 6 stars but 5 is as much as I can leave.So happy I found this place, I got a lot of work done here today.The wait for servicing in Halifax dealerships a month, would make me late for the servicing I need for my warranty.Ask for Rubi from Servicing, he will fix you right up.Bit of a drive from Halifax, but completely worthwhile.Absolutely no regrets. I will be a steady customer.Good service, good work > happy customer.Here I am, 9 months later, back again January 25, 2024.Great service once more.Three reasons why I drive up from Halifax to Highland Nissan:1. Great communication2. Experienced mechanics3. Peace of mind.I always breathe easier after I come up to Highland. Existing vehicle died suddenly and needed a replacement fast. In the current market I was surprised that they actually had stock on the lot and even base models unlike most others who seem to be playing a game with S&D. Collin immediately came out and did a complete walkthrough of the Rogue, loved it the minute I sat in it. Went home to do some research, liked what I found, came back for a longer test drive they suggested I take it home for the evening for the wife's approval lol. What a positive experience compared to the other top brands that seemed they were doing me a favor selling me a car. Dropped in on Monday, drove away on Friday. They even picked me up and had a full tank of gas.Great experience….

Was looking to buy the new Murano. Had called Mike, discussed a few options over the phone and went in later to finalize the options. Service was amazing. Everything was explained in detail. Also dealt with Allan from financing and Colin "the techy-gadgety guru" (lol). All of you made it easier getting a new car as it can be very overwhelming sometimes. Best service ever.
