Fantastic service! Had a bunch of work that needed to be done on my expedition. It was easy to get an appointment, easy on drop off (with a courtesy cab home while they worked on it), all work was done well, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend

After my car breaking down at the hospital picking someone up from surgery, it was towed to Highland Ford and they looked and fixed the car within 30 mins! So appreciative to the crew there for doing that. Big thanks!

Booking the appointment was easy, friendly staff who arranged for oil change and looked I to concerns of the gear shift and battery. They also advised about the required MVI.

Service advisor said process would be 45 minutes. It took 1½ hours. Also, Highland Ford employs an eco-activist who worked tirelessly to kill the forestry industry in Nova Scotia. An industry that supported Ford dealerships throughout the province.

I bought a truck at Highland Ford at the end of Apr/24. It was a good experence. I had been looking for a while and found the one I wanted there, The salesman Matt Gunning is a excellent guy to deal with I had a budget price in mind he made that work, the truck in the picture on the website had a Tonneau cover on it.
when I got there it wasn't there, he said if its in the picture we'll replace it and they did. They keep their word and I'm quite pleased with everything and I have no problem recommending Highand Ford to anybody who is considering buying a Vehicle
