“I drove across town to have PSH fix an issue with my door that had lasted over 2 months. I called them, explained the issue and had a part ordered. It arrived the next day, in the middle of a blizzard. The service only took one hour, very efficient. Kudos to Jonathan Butt for giving a masterclass on genuine and amazing customer service. Thank you, Scheduling, Service and Part Teams for making my experience so positive, seamless and pleasant. I had dealt with Colonial in the past but that is thankfully no more. They left a bunch of scars and horror stories behind.”

I was extremely impressed when that same professionalism was shown again with the repair to the winter tire. Such friendly, competent and professional service on a consistent basis is very much appreciated.”

“I have been bringing my personal vehicles and all my work pickup trucks to Civic Pride for over 7 years at least. I run an environmental consulting business and we are extremely hard on vehicles. Civic Pride has been excellent- keeping us on the road and in business. They are extremely responsive. I find their prices are extremely fair and I trust them implicitly. “I had them put a transmission in 2003 GMC they did a better job than the dealer they put the one in before I had Bemister motors did for me the transmission w I worked perfectly and I had and used the truck for 10 years before I sold the truck and it was still working perfect. The cost of the job was three times cheaper than the dealer and I told them I needed a vehicle to drive while mine was down and they did that for me it was finished in 2 days they did a great job and and used me good I would recommend them in the highest way Thank you Mr Bemister.”

“Honestly this has been the garage I have always trusted to take any one of my vehicles for servicing and I have never had a problem. I’d highly recommend even though my vehicle seems to sadly fail quite often. I was a little sad I couldn’t get an appointment within the 10 days and had to pay for inspection again in consequence, but at the end of the day that is the government’s fault for having that silly rule there, not the garage…”
