Delivered my package that said “signature required” without a signature and it got stolen. Terrible delivery people in truro, they don’t deserve a job

My package is always left on the front step by a busy road. I made an account to update my info, thinking surely there will be an option to drop it off in the porch. But they want money to select where it's dropped off. ? Also tracking is pretty much non existent untill it's a day or two away.
