Customer service was above and BEYOND, thanks to Daniel! Prior to coming into the store, I had called the store with several questions. Daniel understood my less-than-tech-savy ways and anxiety combined and made the entire experience a breeze! He even personally wrote the quotes and comparison. (This was so helpful for me personally). Thanks Daniel! We will be back again soon!

Today, we walked into the source and met Russell. Orginally, we went in to price up internet and cable packages offered by bell. Key word being 'price up'. Russell was beyond pleasant to deal with. We shared some laughs and he was very knowledgeable about the bell products. He even said we would leave as bell customers and he was right. We got an amazing deal and he answered all of our questions. Very pleased with our experience there today. He even told us to come to him directly if we ever have any problems or if any questions pop up after installation. Well done.
