“I have had bad experiences with U-Haul in the past in different cities, but my experience with the Truro office was fabulous. I cannot say how helpful the gentleman who was on the phone with me was. This was a crisis and he made havign to find emergency storage a little bit less unpleasant!”

“Honestly, this place was pretty good, as long as you pay, it's safe and secure. I stored my things with them for about a year and I didn't really have any hiccups. The last month was a little frustrating to be charged for the full month when I only used it a couple days before closing my account. I hope they change that policy. Not giving a partial refund for the majority of an unused month feels greedy and like corporate bullshit, which is why I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise good experience.”
