After a very very discouraging situation with a new line purchased by Fido's phone sales representatives, we were finally able to pick a sim for it today, drove all the way down from Antigonish only to get this fixed, and the representative "Alex" I believe (says on the agreement), on Nov 15th, right counter, she was super helpful, addressed that we were being charged with a "shipping fee" that wasn't even supposed to be there, gave us a sim card, explained the process, very very helpful experience.

I just drove in a rush, 30 minutes into town with the hopes of purchasing a phone from this location. The google states they are open until 8pm, but notes are taped to the doors stating they are closed early. Very discouraging I think I will finally opt to go get a phone elsewhere considering. If you are understaffed, update your google.
