“June - Shop was partially cleared for refurbishment. I was looking for a couch and chairs. Poor selection, lots of sectionals, it seems! Prices higher than other places.
July Update - Mattress shopping - they had some great deals on. Bought the comfiest hybrid mattress. Sleeping like a baby on it. Delivery was the next morning. Sales person did tell me the mattress was Canadian made. I have since found out it the supplier is Canadian, but the mattress was made in Japan!”

“Ross’s furniture is my go to store for anything I need in my home. Since I furnished my home 22 years ago from Ross’s I’ve never gone anywhere else. Marla and CJ are honest and very helpful. My last purchase was a double bed, box spring, metal frame and the most adorable black suede ottoman. CJ delivered it to me and all looks amazing. Thank you Ross’s for a few decades of impeccable service and quality.”

“Above and Beyond, goes above and beyond.
I have been shopping here for 2 years now, and never cease to be amazed at the service. I usually deal with Tammy, or Liz and cannot thank them enough for everything they do for me. With my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of having both ladies helping me. When I told them I was only looking, because I could not afford to buy that day, and just needed some ideas from their incredible set ups, Liz immediately took action, lol.
I showed her pictures of the old farmhouse my husband and I have renovated, and said I just wanted to be able to buy all the stuff in her store, her immediate response was "WHY" you don't need to spend a dime in here.
Liz, and Tammy then spent the next hour and a half giving me ideas with the items we had set up in my pictures. Just rearrange the beautiful pieces you have they said.
To me, that meant everything. I do not have alot of money to afford some of those beautiful pieces in their store, but I felt like the richest woman when I left. Liz also made me aware they have a layaway plan if I cannot
afford something at that time. (oh boy, lol)
Anyhow, the point of this review is to tell these two beautiful ladies, Thank you.....
