Service was outstanding. Friendly staff and management who want to work with you to make sure you are happy. Felt welcomed and not pressured when I was there. Best used car buying experience I have ever had. Gill was new but stepped up to make sure everything was done promptly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to shop there again!

Got my first oil change here after driving across country and moving to Truro. The guys at the service desk were super friendly, funny and kind and my Jeep was done super fast. No complaints! It’s by far the best service I’ve had in a long time and I will definitely be back.

Just bought my first ever car here and the service is absolutely exceptional. Dealt with Drew Dobson and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and charismatic. He took an intimidating experience and made it into a fun and easy one. Never tried to 'push' anything, really just wanted to help find what best suited me and my needs. And their assistance doesn't end with your purchase, they'll continue to help with any questions or issues you have whenever. Real class acts.

Shopped around for a new Ram 1500. Got a better deal at Blaikie's than I could get at any dealership in HRM. Lachlan went out of his way to get us into the truck we wanted and even helped me find tires and rims for it after the deal was done. We will be back.

I paid $3500.00 for warrentry on my rims and tires. my studs broke off and tire fell off truck and they will not cover the rim.they said because it came off. while driving could got in serious accident if fell off 10 minites earlier as was on highway.

Traded in my car for a used vehicle off their lot today. From the moment I contacted Paul from the sales Dept he went above and beyond with communicating with me. When I finally made it into the dealership I was welcomed and treated very well. Ashley worked magic to make the deal work. I never felt pressured the whole time. Highly recommend this dealership who is looking for a fair deal while being treated fairly and with respect. If I need another vehicle in the future I have no hesitation in traveling the distance I did to make a great deal again!

Great bunch to deal with. Lachlan was the salesman I dealt with and him and Charlotte(finance manager) did everything they could to find the truck I wanted for the right price and the right interest rate.They even looked after me after the sale with a minor issue that developed on the truck.All in all.....great bunch.

We recently visited Blaikies Dodge looking for a HD Dodge Ram. We worked with Drew, who pulled out all the stops to try to find us what we needed. Although he wasn’t able to supply the truck, we have only positive things to say about him…Honest, diligent, forthright, knowledgeable, humorous, hardworking and creative in his efforts to locate a unit to fit our needs. He kept in touch and was happy to congratulate us when we were able to locate something suitable elsewhere. You couldn’t find a better, more ethical salesman!

This is a great example of how customer service should be everywhere! Drew was awesome - he really did go over and above to make sure we had all the information we needed. Dedicated, friendly and understanding. Felt like we were dealing with friends (despite having only chatted over the phone) And their prices can't be beat throughout the Maritimes. Highly recommend!

hello purchased a volkswagon suv on sat the 4 staff that helped with the purchase was excellent they all treated me and my husband excellent and we were not left hanging on anything when we arrived all the paper work was ready for us to sign .We got some mugs ,bag and there going to send us 2 hats i highly recommend blaikes it was the best vehicle transaction we have made
