“First time driving from Halifax to Truro for service. Very tough to book service HFX or Dart and I bought the RAV in Truro so I made the trip. Worth the drive arrived at 8 am they were not pushy with extras. Offered them a that was that. Appreciated. Had all brakes pads rotors MVI and oil change out by 10:30am. Very efficient nice staff. Waiting room was a bit dated but wifi was great. I will definitely go back.”
“Best experience I have had in 25 years of driving . It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for and it was above anything very honest. Everything was above board and they appreciated the business.
Friendly management and staff, no charge to double check when I had any concern after repair. This made for a must review in my books.

“My wife took our trailer to be safety inspected on very short notice. They saw to her needs promptly, we had one bulb out on the side of the trailer that we hadn't noticed and they changed the bulb out for us for free. Very quick, spectacular customer service. There are a limited number of places that will safety a trailer and they were all booking out weeks in advance. Stewart Auto was also booked up but they squeezed us in. Very happy with them and will use them again.”

I recently had my older vehicle to these folks and would like to share with you what a great experience I had, these guys worked on my car for two full days and found and fixed my ignition problem along with checking fluids, and filters and making sure my brakes were working well so that myself and family are safe. In these days where costs are so high purchasing a new vehicle for some folks can be difficult and as we all know older vehicles require maintenance leading to repairs. I was very fortunate to find this repair shop willing to restore my old car to run like it's new again. “Super nice woman who changed from years of detailing your cars now deserves your support at Blakies the day 9/11 happened. Having 25 plus years of Automotive Management including being a GM at a Ford Dealership I know the challenges of being new to sales. 1. She came out to me on the lot and greeted me. 2. She was honest about being new. 3. She was who came out even though she was making a car perfect personally by polishing it herself for a customer who may have changed their mind. “Had a rear tire blow on me outside of Truro on my tandem Freightliner, called Calvin at coast tire and he was so helpful, he was willing to send a service truck within an hour (which is really good response time) fortunately it was on one of the rear axles and I was empty so I was able to limp it in, they had me on the back on the road in less than an hour and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend to anyone in need. You guys rock!!

“I cannot say enough about Michael Doiron. My car broke down at night outside Truro. He was the guy who came to tow. He gave me advice on where strategically to bring the car and check into a hotel. But then, way over and above the call of duty, the next day he made calls to find a mechanic that could squeeze me in and get the part replaced as quickly as possible. Stuff I would have had to do myself without any local knowledge and would have taken me forever. He found a couple and I ended up going with one, job done the next day instead of a week later. Michael was a lifesaver. And he earned a grand total of nothing doing that. Just my deep appreciation.”
