Having 25 plus years of Automotive Management including being a GM at a Ford Dealership I know the challenges of being new to sales. 1. She came out to me on the lot and greeted me. 2. She was honest about being new. 3. She was who came out even though she was making a car perfect personally by polishing it herself for a customer who may have changed their mind. Sales people work so hard in a small town often with little pay. And often after days of hard work they still get paid nothing if a vehicle does not deliver. This is just part of the business.
