We are so very pleased with the services provided by R&R Pools. We have been courteously and promptly served in all our question, requests, or concerns. Anytime that I have a need to call, I find that Kelly or Stephanie are good humoured, patient, and efficient in addressing my needs.This is our first year after having extensive pool reparations and work performed by the R&R Pool team. Our pool is our paradise and the backyard oasis advertised. I wish to expressly thank Rafat and Dwayne who initially opened our pool-friendly, informative, attentive to details and particulars to our property. Rafat has since returned to continue and conclude the Opening Service we contracted. He is extremely polite, tidy, and respectful of our home.Thank you to all the team at R&R Pools. New to having a pool, called and booked a pool opening 2022. They dropped off a box of extremely expensive chemicals off ony step,plugged in my pump and left! When I called to say when are you going to get my pool up and running,they said we don't do above ground pools after I had sent them photos of it two weeks earlier.Rip of artists...Save your money! SERIOUSLY??

Karen and I would like to thank Kara, Stephanie, Ryan, Derrick, Jordan, Dwayne, John Eric and all the staff at R&R Pools for making what could have been a stressful purchase and installation a pleasure. The professionalism and sense of humour shown to us by the staff was greatly appreciated. The progress of the installation was relayed to us at every stage to keep us informed. Derrick and Ryan were extremely patient with me, and my questions, and always took the time to answer and explain the workings of the equipment. We took over the pool on the 1st July and as of today, 28th July, have been in it every day except for two, one of which was weather related. We are looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship with R&R Pools. Thanks again and take good care.

Recently had an issue with my pool heater. R and R responded to my inquiry same day and were very helpful in finding a solution to my issue, even though their solution resulted in no business for them directly. I am now a loyal customer for life. Thanks Kara!

We have had some problems with our new pool due to a previous installer. R& R have gone above and beyond - helping us problem solve and get our pool back into good working condition. They are rock stars in every sense of the word! Don’t go with anyone else!

We are new pool owners and were really struggling with the opening of the pool. I reached out to R&R (on a Sunday night!) and heard back immediately. They sent someone over promptly the next week and solved our issues. Their service was fast, courteous and knowledgable. My shoulders dropped 10 inches after their visit. We highly recommend this company.

Friendly, helpful staff. Last summer, I was missing a small part to my filter and could not get any other company to help beyond "call the manufacturer." RR did a search and found a compatible piece they had in stock. Highly recommend doing business with them.

I had brown water in my pool and had no idea how to fix it. The staff took the time to explain the exact steps I needed to follow to remove the brown and they had the stuff in stock! Within 2 hours I started to see results.

You take pride?? I would be ashamed! I just called for a quote and was met with a rude receptionist named Kara. I asked what would a pool opening cost, new to pools never had one... I was told they will charge 400 dollars for 30 minutes cleaning, after, if it's not up to what it should be, it's up to the home owner to decide if it needs more work. I explained we wouldn't know, being new to a pool, and could they tell us after? I was told the pool techs won't know either! I asked would someone be able to get it just up and running regardless of cost? I was cut off, told "they don't have time in my time line." I told her she didn't even ask my time line and she went wild on me!!! Very aggressive, very rude!!!! Do not recommend at ALL!! If they are this rude to potential customers, I can't imagine what it would be like to hire them!!! I was under attack before I even got a full quote!!! I don't know what's going on there, but, they are on the defence HUGE!!!! RED FLAGS! Interesting reading the bad reviews - even her responses seem to have attitude. She is doing them NO favours for their business. If they aren't taking on more work, say so! Don't be rude! They may not have been able to do it this year - but I can promise I won't be booking for the next! I thought I would add this review but it seems they have all comments turned off for all social media ... Wonder why that is? If I remotely behaved how she did on the phone I would be out of a job so fast! She must know someone or own the place.
