The animals are not token care of probably.they had dead betta fish which are keep in a small cup and a bird that was clearly not doing well.

Went to this store looking for a high quality food for my dog, could not find it, it’s basically same brands as the grocery store.not impressed at all :(

Megan in the grooming department is INCREDIBLE!! Her customer service is always above and beyond. She greets everyone with a big smile and makes you and your pet feel so welcomed and well taken care of. She’s a top notch employee and I hope she is recognized for her amazing work, positive attitude and incredible customer service. She’s the #1 reason we keep coming back! Thanks for everything Megan!! I have not had a Dog for over 30 years This is Cooper if you need the best for your Pet head to Pet Smart for everything you will need We have had Cooper for 3 months and have bought everything we need and are starting training in a week

The fir monster just had his first visit to the groomer at PetSmart. Just a wash/dry, ear cleaning and nail trim. HE'S SO FLUFFY!! Joleen was awesome! She took her time to fill us in on how he was during his spa visit. We also picked up a couple of new toys. This store is large and has anything you'd need for just about any pet you can think of. Jinx says "WOOF BARK WOOOF WOOF!" (Thanks for the Spa treatment)
