poor quality boots, cut my ankle when i wanted to do an exchange they wouldnt do it because i worn them once for not even 2 hours because they hurt my ankle

I was returning a few things that I had gotten on line yesterday the staff were so friendly and polite they took no time getting everything returned and helped me with the things I had picked up while I was shopping this was the first store I was in since Covid and the lady that waited on me had her Mask on and so did I such a pleasure shopping at the Sydney store that you for the enjoyable time
