Heritage weekend in February I was informed by my oil provider for 21 years they do not deliver special orders to customers on automatic delivery unless the oil tank is dry. I was told to call the office on Tuesday during regular business hours to request oil delivery. The tank was almost empty. I called your firm and the tank was filled the same day. Wow I was impressed especially not being on automatic delivery with your firm. Needless to say I remained with Mercer Fuels Ltd and the service for the remainder of the heating season was exceptional. Thank You!

Excellent customer service since day one. Todd is fantastic to deal with. We had an issue with our furnace where it wasn't working, called Mercer's and someone was out the same day. Love the budget plan, it always covers our oil delivery. Furnace insurance they offer is well worth it.
