Ever since moving from Johnson Insurance in Alberta to Johnson in Nova Scotia, it's been a complete nightmare. Poor communication, awful phone service and overall frustrating experience at every turn.

Avoid at all costs if only to avoid their incredibly frustrating and annoying phone service. Impossible to speak to a human.
