I recently had an excellent experience at FAST Furniture! My old fridge suddenly broke, and I was in a pinch. I reached out to Warren, who was super helpful and helped me find the perfect replacement. He arranged for next-day delivery, which was a huge relief.
The entryway to my kitchen is very narrow, and I was honestly worried about how they'd get the new fridge in. But the delivery team handled it like total pros. They were so careful and efficient, making sure everything fit perfectly without any issues. I really appreciated how they took the time to make sure everything was in place and working before they left.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the fantastic service from Warren and the delivery team. I highly recommend FAST Furniture for anyone looking for great products and top-notch customer service!

Lots of furniture to select from. Knowledgeable staff. Helped pick out a good chair. Called up afterwards to check in how I feel about the chair.Went in for a small office loveseat unfortunately nothing really fit the space but I left with a great new recliner for my living room.Worked with Wyatt he was patient helped me go through all the different stuff they had in stock.

I usually never put down reviews, but had to here being that this was my first time purchasing furniture in Canada and also being a new immigrant in Sydney, NS.First off, Warren was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Being the store owner himself, I was shocked to how patient and attentive he was with our requests. He took the time to hear us out, suggested several alternatives and put up with both me and my wife going over several couches multiple times. Long story short, we purchased half our house from Fast with multiple items such as bed frames, mattresses, couches, a dining table and drawers. More to come, but from this experience alone, he always went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute change for orders that were already placed. It is very rare to find someone to make any sort of changes to orders once placed, but Warren made sure to do his best and he definitely did what he had to just to make us happy. Truly unbelievable experience! Therefore, I'd like to thank Warren for sticking with us from the start to finish. However, I will also say that every individual working there is very professional and kind. We had the pleasure of dealing with another sales consultant named Sam and she was extremely helpful as well with her insights to help us choose a bed. The shop is a great place to be and you cannot go wrong here. Do not hesitate to choose them over any other furniture store here in Sydney as everyone sells the same brands, but not the same customer experience!Thank you once again Warren, Sam & the rest of the team for being such great individuals and helping us enjoy our first purchase here in Canada. I'd also like to give a special thank you to Steven and the team for helping organize and assemble the furniture at home. Top class service and will be back again very soon in the near future to complete the house! ;)
