Very poor customer service and lack of training for staff on the U-Haul Rentals.
Booked and later double confirmed a 9am reservation, only to be contacted by U-Haul itself at 7pm the night before moving that Broadway had not entered our booking into the online system, we would need to be physically handed keys, and the store did not open until 10am. As U-Haul called the store several times with no answer, we reached out, which Broadway staff once again confirmed the 9am reservation but then called us back to say they were new and didn't know when the store opened for service apparently.
Based on other reviews, this is consistent poor service for the U-Haul rentals, will not be returning in the future.

The drive thru window is so convenient for moms like me who are always on the go with their kiddos in tow! The drive up window makes life so much easier and the staff are great! Owners are great people who do so much for their community, we need more business owners who help out their communities like these guys do!

From last couple of days the food tasted bland, and nothing sounded like fun. Then it dawned on me — I was just missing home and food. So, I came and bought Saag, Gulab Jamun, Desi Ghee, Shakkar and Rasmalai from Broadway Convenience Ltd, Whitney Pier. All excited for this #homelikefood. Good place to buy Indian food and groceries.

I took uhaul on rental and uhaul was very dirty and full of bugs so I called the owner at that time he didn’t pick the phone then we went at store for refund and he said he will gave $2 discount. The service was very bad I will suggest check before taking any uhaul on rent on this location

Best convenience store in Sydney. Great variety of indian groceries and very convenient to drive thru for quick service. Highly recommend!
